What is it?
Management software built around the way you work: inventory, orders, invoicing, customer tracking, dashboards.
Who is it for?
A hardware store, a warehouse, a pharmacy, a service company that has outgrown notebooks and Excel files.

- Your processes analyzed with you before we build.
- Two currencies (USD and CDF), with the day’s exchange rate recorded on each transaction.
- A validated invoice can no longer be edited: it is corrected with a credit note, as accounting requires.
- A history of who did what (sales, discounts, deletions).
- Import of your existing data (Excel); team training.
- Everything included in “Web applications” (roles, security, backups, beta).
Good to know before starting
Standardized invoicing: if your company is subject to VAT, your invoices must go through a device approved by the DGI (mandatory since December 1, 2025). We factor this in from the quote: connecting the software to a certified system or handling invoicing separately.
Accounting: the SYSCOHADA chart of accounts if the software produces journal entries.
