Who is it for?

Any client of an Antechnica site or application (it is sold with every site).

Included

• Hosting, security certificate, domain renewal (in your name).
• Updates, tested on a copy before being applied.
• Regular backups, with a tested restore every quarter.
• Monitoring: we are alerted if the site goes down.
• A volume of hours of small changes each month (prices, photos, opening hours).
• A short monthly report.

Our response times

• Site down, hacked, payment broken: taken in hand within 4 business hours.
• An important feature no longer works: within 1 business day.
• Minor defect: within 3 business days.

What we don’t promise

An uptime percentage that depends on the hosting provider. We promise monitoring and a reaction time.

At the end of the contract

You get everything back: access, code, latest backup.
